Maternity Outpatient Medical Services (MOMS)

MOMS provides immediate outpatient prenatal health coverage for pregnant women. MOMS coverage period is from the date of application, with a maximum of 45 days of coverage.  Pregnant women and women who are within two calendar months following the month pregnancy ended are eligible who meet financial income limits (income less than or equal to 185% of federal poverty level).

Coverage includes prenatal care and pregnancy-related care, pharmaceuticals and prescription vitamins, radiology and ultrasound, professional fees for labor and delivery (including live birth, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and stillborn), outpatient hospital care and postpartum care through two calendar months after the pregnancy ends.
