Plan First/Family Planning Waiver
Plan First/Family Planning Waiver provides family planning services for non-pregnant women ages 19 through 44 who meet the conditions of participation (are Michigan residents, US citizens or qualified immigrants, have a social security number or have applied for one, and meet monthly financial income limits and are not receiving Medicaid).
Coverage includes office visits for family planning and related services. An annual medical exam may be included.
