Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP)
BCCCP provides a no cost annual health screening to women ages 40 through 64 who meet monthly financial income limits (less than or equal to 250% of federal poverty level) and are uninsured OR underinsured for these services (not covered by your insurance plan).
The BCCCP program covers the office visit for annual exam, the clinical breast exam, Pap test, pelvic exam, mammogram screen and follow up labs and procedures for evaluating breast and/or cervical abnormality.
The program is administered by the Karmanos Cancer Institute and is funded by the Center for Disease Control. The WWFHC is a BCCCP screening site for the southeast Michigan/Detroit area.
